About Hunter Scholl | Financial Coach

I'm Hunter Scholl — a financial coach and a born-and-raised Las Vegas local.

I've been at this in one form or another since I was 16, when I landed my first summer internship with a financial advisor. At 17 I started my own private tutoring business and ran it until I stepped away to pursue accounting at UNLV, where I'm finishing my degree now.

Between studying accounting, a taste of the corporate side, and working in real estate, I've had enough experience to learn what I'm good at — and what I genuinely care about. And as a young person starting out in a tough economy, I ran into the same challenges millions of people deal with for years: staying organized, building consistency, and figuring out what to do next without feeling overwhelmed.

After using what I'd learned to help myself — and then helping friends and family do the same — I realized something simple: financial help shouldn't be a luxury product for people who are already well off. Everyone deserves a plan. My approach is no shame and no lectures. Small tweaks, applied consistently, that completely change how you feel month to month.

Then my actual clients taught me the second thing. The plans I build don't fail on math — nobody's budget dies because the numbers were wrong. They fail because running them alone is hard. So that's what this business is really built on: accountability. I build the plan with you, and then I stay in your corner while real life happens. Every client I've worked with has come back — not because they had to, but because having someone checking in is the part that works.

I work with seniors, students, families, immigrants, and anyone trying to get out of the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle — in person around Las Vegas or online anywhere.

I'm grateful for this city, and I'm building something that lets me do work I love while making a real difference in the community that raised me.
